I own one oiless fryer and was using along with my peanut fryer. This year we decided to go all oiless, now I am the owner of 5 oiless fryers. Love it!!!

Rust Issues

Love the grill, features, results, etc. Hate the fact that after only 1 1/2 years it's rusting. And this is after taking very good care of the grill ... resting on bricks, bought one of your not so inexpensive covers, stored covered in an enclosed porch for the winter, etc. Would be very reluctant to purchase another Charbroil Grill.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Marketing but Not So Great

First, the engineer that developed the igniter should get punched in the arm. The UX is dreadful. Attaching the cable to the spark plug that is on the other side of the cooker is unnecessarily difficult to get to and to attach. Let me add that the top of the spark plug is "soft" and breakable, so a tight fit and soft metal, can you see where that could be problematic? The meat thermometer was broken out of the box ( so much for QC). I decided to test a small chicken prior to Thanksgiving. 2 HOURS later, I gave up and put the chicken in the oven. I am guessing it would be a 6-hour process to cook a Turkey

It normally takes about ten to fifteen minutes per pound to cook a turkey in the Big Easy. We recommend using a meat thermometer to monitor the internal temperature of the turkey. This thing is fast and makes large meat cuts moist and delicious. I tell everyone about this and haven't had anyone disappointed with the way this cooks. Thanksgiving turkey in less than 2.5 hours is remarkable.

Horrible uneven cooking

Bought this one month ago. I have borrowed me friends and used his in the past and had decent results. This fryer will cook the top part of the turkey and leave the bottom raw. See the attached photos. This was a thawed turkey that was in the fryer for almost five hours. Completely unsatisfactory. I tried to finish on the oven, but ruined.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
