Don't waste your money

Cooked Turkey on two different occasions. Both were over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. Thanksgiving was terrible. Everyone at the dinner was very disappointed. I'm an excellent cook and turkey frier and I couldn't make this work. Set it out to the garbage man. Also not easy to clean at all
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This could have kept the inside from cooking entirely. The mesh lid should only be used around the end of the cook to cripsen the skin. Was a case created with us? Delivers as stated on the box. Excellant fried(NO OIL !!!) or roasted turkey,chicken or any other meat. This cooker sears the outside and keeps in the juices for a very moist end product.
