Have used 3-4 times. First time was a training lesson. All times resulted in a great cajun roasted turkey without the mess of oil. Didn't have to recycle or re-bottle oil. Took longer than an oil fryer but well worth the wait. Easy clean up. Went from an oil user to a roaster. Will never go back to the mess of oil.

I bought the Big Easy just before Thanks Giving last year. The minute I pulled it out of the box I new I was going to like it. I have been using a deep fryer for the last ten years and my whole family loves the taste of a deep fried turkey. The Big Easy looked like a real deep fryer. It only took a few minuets to put it together and I fired it up and cured it just like the instructions said to. The next day we cooked our first turkey in the Big Easy and I followed the instructions by the book and the turkey turned out perfect. I really didn't expect it to be as good as a deep fried turkey cooked in oil but I was wrong. It was a lot easier then cooking with oil with very little mess to clean up and the legs and wings were not crisp to the point of not being to pull any meat off of them. We used it again at Christmas and believe it on not it was even better. The more I use it the more I like it. Way to go Char Broil my life has just gotten easier. Thanks for a great product, I would recommend this product to everyone. Don't waste time just buy it and find out for yourself!

I bought this a year ago and we like the way it cooks the ribs with a crispy texture.
I have not been successful in cooking a chicken or turkey yet. I am working on getting that perfected.

I can cook a turkey in about half the time with this grill and I don't have the cooking oil mess to clean up afterward!!

I have two Big easy and love them both i have the smoker roaster and the regular big easy they are the best grill/ fryers i have ever had and i recommend it to every one i see in the meat department or grill department so easy and so good
