Bought this several months ago and after fighting with oil and the mess of frying a turkey this oilless turkey fryer is a dream. It is very easy and was perfectly cooked in the set amount of time. Very easy to clean. Great product.

After being recommended by a friend, I bought my wife the cooker/fryer last fall just in time for Thanksgiving. The initial setup took a little time, however everyone at our dinner loved the taste and texture of the turkey. It was unseasonably cold outside and slowed cook time.

I bought this unit because it's safer then deep frying a turkey and a lot lot lot less mess. My first try at the turkey was a big hit. It was moist, juicy, and perfectly done. I can't wait to try some variations like injections or various rubs. Definitely recommend this product.

Fryer is used at least once a week and often 2-3 times more. Have never had meat come out so perfectly! We cook everything we can in the fryer. Plan to purchase a Tru-Infrared grill in the next few weeks.
