We have used the big easy 6 times without making a turkey yet. Pork loins, roasts, and beef roasts only. They have all come out perfect and delicious ! Would recommend the big easy to anyone!!

I love my oil-less turkey fryer the turkey's come out perfect everytime and they are juicy and taste great. I cooked a prime rib in my fryer and used the receipe in the cook book that came with my fryer and it was great and came out perfect.

Bought this item before Thanksgiving last year to try it out. Started out with small chickens and graduated to leg of lamb and a roast beef. After those experiences I was ready for turkey. The nicest compliment I received on Thanksgiving was that the bird looked like it was a photo for a magazine. It was tender, juicy and delicious. Thanks.
