We love the Big Easy. They say that word of mouth is important and we have certainly spread the word. After we discovered this great cooker, we have bragged about it, posted pictures on Facebook and have sold many friends on it.

I received the Char-Broil Big Easy Turkey Fryer as a gift form a friend and my wife and I have really enjoyed it. It cooks whole turkeys and chickens to the minute and without oil. The skin is crispy and the meat is always juicy. We also bought accessories for the fryer so now we can hang turkey and chicken legs, wings, ribs or even two whole chickens at one time. What a great addition to my outdoor kitchen collection.

I was not sure of this product and it's claims. The price was right so I purchased the Easy Fryer and brought it down to our vacation home in Mexico. We have prepared, Pork Shoulder, Chicken, and Beef, no Turkey yet. The product is amazing, and have told many people about it. Turkey is the next on our list .
