I found the Char Broiler inferred fryer easy to use and every bit as good as a deep fryer without the extra cost of oil and mess to clean up! I found it a lot safer to use.
The meats tat I have fried in it are excellent. You can not tell the difference between Turkey's fried in this inferred than one cooked in a deep oil fryer!

We bought our 1st one 9 months ago we loved it so much we just bought or 2nd one 6 months ago cooks the food very well, browns and meat is juicy !! We Love It

We enjoyed a fried turkey at my cousin's house for Thanksgiving. My husband wanted us to fry a turkey for Christmas but I didn't want to have to deal with buying and storing all that grease. I bought the Big Easy Oil-Less Turkey Fryer instead and couldn't believe the results! We've used it several times and each time we end up with the juiciest meat. No more brining!

We bought our infrared fryer last year, and loved it so much , we returned and bought 3 more! They were Chrisas presents for family members. The assembly is easy, the prep work is easy, the cooking is great and the clean-up is super easy. There is nothing not to like. Our turkeys turn out browned, juicy, flavorful, just wonderful. My son cooks everything on his, chickens, roasts, brisket, etc. this was one of the best purchases we have made.

I have used this for approx two years and would recommend it for everyone from beginning cooks to master chefs. Its use enables one to enjoy visiting with ones guests instead of worrying about over/under cooking the entree.

Highly recommended by a friend. Love it. Turkey's are great. Also standing rib roast browns and cooks perfectly. If you like you're roast rare will need to get an additional thermometer that registers lower degree.
