Bought this to replace an old oil fryer. Could not be happier with this purchase. Have used it a number of times to cook turkey's. Even took it camping to cook a turkey for a large group. Well worth the price, cheaper in the long run considering we never have to buy or deal with the oil again.

I thought I would only use this for turkeys, I have tried so many things in it and they come out wonderful. I have cooked everything from duck to spare ribs and every time the meet comes out juicy and tender. I cooked a turkey for a friends party and everyone kept saying it was the best turkey they ever had!!

The Big Easy is super easy to use. No more mess with the oil when deep frying a turkey or anything else for that matter. My son liked it so much he asked me to order him one, which I did and he loves it.

Have done a couple of turkeys. Turned out great. But our favorite for ease of prep, fast cooking, economical, and delicious is using the leg hanging racks for chicken legs. Works great on wings too, but you can get legs for so much less, and we like them just as well, or better. Don't have to bother with injecting, just sprinkle liberally with whatever seasoning you prefer.
