I love this cooker ! It is very well built and it does exactly as described. One thing to remember, though is that it is not a deep fryer - more of a roaster. So, don't expect to do french fries or fried chicken or shrimp in it. You need oil for that.

bought the Big Easy SRG about a year and half ago.. use it 2-3 times a week got the original last thanksgiving so I could cook more.. that case 2 turkeys have recommended o several friends who have bought and loved
