The day before thanksgiving 2023, I brined a 7lb turkey breast overnight. On thanksgiving day, I cooked it in the Big Easy® Oil-less Turkey Fryer. It reached 167 degrees in just 60 minutes. I use a wireless thermometer to know the meat temp. Everyone that tried it said they really liked it.
I have also used the Big Easy® Oil-less Turkey Fryer for whole chickens and pork roast. I received a lot of compliments every time I cook with it.

New wire basket is terrible design.

The new wire collapsed basket will not hold your turkey straight up and allows to fall against sidewalls. The old design was a lot better design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the Big Easy , easiest and Healthiest way to cook ! First attempt for Xmas dinner 12 lb turkey followed the dry rub instructions and ingredients on the Car broil website ! 2 hrs later , 165 deg internal temp , thickest part of the breast . Crispy outside and juicy inside . Best ever turkey !

My Wife and I bought this Charbroil big easy when they first came out we originally had a true deep fryer and just hated the mess and all of that oil was a pain. So we took the plunge and bought this, and what a purchase. We have used it a lot through the year Thanksgiving Turkey, Chicken ribs it gets the job done. There is no better way to cook a Turkey trust me when I tell you this, juicy, and tenderer it is the bomb. Easy to use easy all around we love it get yours today.

This product worked great for frying my turkey during Thanksgiving! Used no oil and went by the directions. You must coat the inside of the cooker with vegetable oil and let it heat up. Two hours for a nicely browned turkey that was super moist and well cooked through and through.

I’m so glad I got one of these chat-boil big easy. I show it off to family and friends,that’s two of my family members are interested. They all said it a big turkey air fryer. I laughed and said you can call it whatever you want to but it’s what the name says the big easy oil less turkey fryer

I only use mine twice a year, just pulled it out of storage where its been since last december, fired right up on the first click, this thing always works perfectly every time i use it, even after sitting idle for almost a year at a time.
