Frying a turkey without the use of oil was key for me and my family. The turkey came out juicy and flavorful. I will now purchase the extra racks in order to cook chicken legs, wings etc. I love it!

Happy that I bought this last summer. It is so quick and easy to use.
So far I only used it on turkeys including a smoked turkey. each time it came out perfect. I am planning to cook different foods in it this summer and am sure that everything will come out Ok. Thanks for the great product

After my purchase of this product I could not wait to use it. It worked better then I thought it would. Because of how it cooks when you cut into the turkey it has about a 1/8 pink color edge and looks just like one you smoked. The meat was not dry and it was very tasty. Also after the first time using the product I noticed that the wire basket was broken. I called customer service department and they sent me a new one right then and there with no hassle. Great customer service! I would have been happier if it would have come with a little better meat temperature tool for checking the meat temperature.
But overall I would highly recommend this product to anyone that fries turkey's or likes to smoke roasts, chickens and ribs. What a money saver on cooking oils and super easy clean ups. This is a most have product that Char - Broil offer.
