Awesome, opened up a whole new way to cook, even when I get cocky with my cooking it still please's! The juicy meats are fantastic not able to get that with any other method I have tried, most important the Admiral loves it!

I love this OIL-LESS cooker. This was first introduced to me by my brother purchased in the US. When I got home I had to have one and couldn't fid it here so ordered it direct. We've cooked Turkey, Pork roast and the skin is so crispy(so good I wouldn't use an oven again) Ribs excellent crispy, the wings are wonderful
and the fat drains off to a tray. The boneless hooks work wonderful. Its easy and quick. (Big Easy needs to be advertised or demo in Canada because they only know the oil cooker)
