I've had mine for a while now and use it most often to make beer can chicken. I've made pork roasts and other things, haven't made a turkey yet. It's excellent for the beer can chicken which comes out super moist with a crispy skin.

I bought the Big Easy TRU-Infrared Oil-less Turkey Fryer as a charity event a couple of months ago. I have used it for chicken, pork roasts, and ribs. I was more than surprised at the results and really appreciate the ease of use and versatility of this product. It has been a welcomed addition to my gas grill, Big Green Egg, and smoker.

I had been deep frying turkey's and was really getting tired of purchasing the peanut oil- VERY expensive. In looking for an alternative I found the Big Easy. Boy, and I happy with my purchase! It cooks wonderfully and I can actually say I prefer the taste as well. I highly recommend it for ease of use, cleanup and cost savings!
