My brother gave me this cooker and I'm so glad he did! It's easy to use, does a fantastic job of cooking the meat while keeping it moist. You can actually taste the true flavor in a roast. The only negative I have is the lack of viable menus... so I just get creative and try different things.

Purchased the fryer for thanksgiving. Cooked the turkey in it and it came out brow band crisp but very moist on the inside. Very good. My son was sceptible as he has always used an oil fryer for his turkeys but he ended up very impressed. He said it was as good as a real fried turkey. Also cooked chicken wings in it and they were great.as good as any resterant. It has paid for itself already as I do not have to buy gallons of oil to use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Char-Broil Infrared is one of the best cooking products I have ever used. I have not had it that long, but I have cooked a couple of fairly large prime rib roasts (six rib) and they were excellent - nicely browned on the outside, tender and very juicy on the inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It cooks like a dream...made my own rub that made the roast we cooked melt in your mouth...Then everyone fought over who was gonna get a piece of the skin....yum...

Its too hot to cook turkey in the oven today so we put it in the big easy and forgot it. Put a rub inside, no oil needed on the turkey, cooked it 10 min per pound and then let it set til we carved it and it was beautiful and delicious!!!
