Easy to use if you know how to follow direction

This thing is great! I used it to cook to turkey during Thanksgiving. Both birds came out golden brown and nice on the outside and juicy on the inside. With no mess of hot nasty oil to deal with or dispose of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product

I've had the cooker for a couple of years now and must confess I don't look after it much. It's covered and it's out of the weather, and that's about it. The cooking results are impressive, even in cold weather. Now that I've had turkey cooked in the "Big Easy" I don't want to try anything else. As long as it is sheltered from the wind it cooks perfectly. It does take a little longer to cook in icy cold weather--for our 16 lb Christmas bird it was 2 hours 30 minutes.

Taste just as good as if it was fried in oil

Trail and error we figure it out. We got a great healthier fried turkey. We had a problem with it the first time we tried it. After watching a few videos we seen what the problem was. You have to unscrew the top and takeout the drum. Then put top back on and put drum back in. The instructions doesn't tell you this and neither did the pictures show it. Then we seasoned it again. Our 2nd turkey turned out great.

Great, easy to use, easy cleaning. Bought all attachments except smoker.
Safer than charcoal grills..but it does get hot on outside, like most other outdoor cookers. I've never attempted to use big grills only a habachi. I can use this without husband. Love drop down basket.

Too easy

I picked one of these up a couple years ago, thinking "what? no oil? nah" But I like to try new ways to cook, so I gave it a go.
I will NEVER go back to oil. This thing makes it so easy. The only disposal you really have to do is a drip pan in the bottom, which is infinitely easier than gallons of oil. The turkey comes out very juicy, my whole family loves it.
