Awesome results

I have a bunch of high end, grills, smokers, ceramic cookers etc.. This little cooker does as good as any of them maybe even better, I did my first turkey on it yesterday and I must say it was the best turkey I have ever had in my life. It turned out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and was completely cooked all the way through. It was a snap to use and almost no clean up. It stayed very clean. I was amazed. I will still use all my other cookers for slow cooking or fast grilling but from now on I will only do turkeys and other poultry on the big easy. I would love to get one of their smoker/ fryer combos to compare it against my pellet and stick smokers or ceramic cookers for cooking ribs or pork shoulders to see how it does. I bet it would amaze me. Maybe Char-Broil will send me one to test out on video for them?

Best outdoor cooking device on the planet

Perfect roasts, kebaps, steaks, chicken wings, sourdough bread, beer can chicken, cedar plank tenderloin etc. A couple of extra racks and stainless steel baskets and you are off to the races. All I do is lower the basket and the cooker does the rest.

Great cooker

Bought one in Nov. 2014, Did two chickens for 90 minutes and came out juicy and great tasting. Also did two pork loins, came out juicy and moist and the best ever. Doing turkeys this year. This is a wonder product, I really enjoy it.

Two years going strong.

I brought this fryer in 2013 for Thanksgiving. I was giving thanks to the hassle free juicy turkey we had that year. For our first turkey, we brined it over night and it came out perfect. The second one was an injected turkey (my father in law's favorite) and it was still so very good. I have only "fried" turkeys and chicken in it so far and every time the skin is soooo crispy never burnt and the meat was falling off the bone. I am finally purchasing the accessories and I can't wait to do more. If you buy this model or the newest one you should not be disappointed. Best money I spent.

Great Product...

I have always used oil to Deep Fry a Turkey. 3 years ago I bought The Big Easy and have never deep fried with oil again, it says 16lb. max, however last year I cooked a 20lb. turkey just watch the drip pan it will get full, Love The Big Easy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great results, turkey turns out as good if not better than an oil fryer. Much easier clean up afterwards.

Simple design and the meat comes out so tender and moist. My wife was skeptical but asks me to cook chicken in it a few times a month. Love the drip catch for basting and making gravy.
