NO OIL NEEDED------TURKEY NOT DRIED OUT

We've had our fryer for 6 months and it's one of the best purchases we've ever made.

Bought this 4 years ago due to heart issues... no more oil... WOW.. crispy skin all around (but brine it for 12 hours) Inject it with Tony C's butter sauce.. and you can't go wrong.. 2 hrs for a 13 LB bird. Wife likes the white.. I like the dark.. both of us get nice and crispy skin. Best way to cook, no more trying to figure out what to do with the oil... Clean up is a breeze. Home run on this one Char-Broil!!

No Oil!

We used to do deep-fried turkeys, but doubt we will ever do another one. The results from this cooker are just as good as deep frying, without the mess and expense of oil. Ours has almost paid for itself.

What a cooker!!

Best investment for cooking outdoors ever. Was s originally a little concerned when the wife said "oiless" deep frying but boy has this Big Easy been great. No preprep on heating oil, no whatching the kettle boiling no waiting to clean up te after math and getting ride of the used oil.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth the $$$

I bought the Big Easy to fry a turkey for our office Thanksgiving dinner a couple of years ago. The turkey came out great, everyone thought it was slow cooked in the oven. The meat was juicy & the flavor was throughout. I've e since used it for chicken & other Thanksgiving dinners. I plan to try a roast soon.

no limit with steaks

will do turkey Thursday, but in the meanwhile did some London broils (about 24 oz each)...used my favorite rub "Punch your Daddy" and hung them in the cooker with skewers...I won't be charcoil grilling any time soon. cooked to perfection in 45-60 minutes depending on how well you want them...it was low 60's outside with a 5-10 mph breeze so I used the lid. I"M SOLD ON THIS! Sgt.

Our third Thanksgiving with the Big Easy

I can honestly say that this has to be one of THE BEST purchases I've made in the last 30 years of cooking a turkey. It has cooked many other meals and after 3 years...it has yet to disappoint. It replaced a messy, dangerous, and costly deep fryer. It has saved us all time and money while seeming to get better with age. It many ways, it's replaced our oven and grill and even though we live in a cold climate (Winters are wet and cold)...I gladly use it. Thanks Char-Broil!

Second year with this! I own a XL BGE, a Blackstone and this Big Easy. Guess who goes on Vacation with us in the summer? The Big Easy!!! Guess who comes out to impress cookout elders? The Big Easy!!! I will always own this product. Taste is superior... Chunky Dunk
