The Big Easy Turkey Fryer says it all. "EASY" I'll never use an oil fryer again. A whole chicken, chicken and beef kabobs and spare ribs were done to perfection in the fryer. Clean up is a breeze. I can't wait to do the Thanksciving turkey in this bad boy!

Not sure I will be happy until I fry a turkey or maybe a roast but will not do ribs again they just didn’t turn out right and took too long to cook

I've had my Big Easy for over 12 years now. I've used mine to cook turkey, chicken, ribs, and pork. I love this thing. I've used the Big Easy at my home, at the office, in the woods, sitting in the back of my truck for a tailgate, etc. I will say, your cook time will depend on the weather in which you're cooking your turkey. If the weather is too cold or windy, it will definitely affect your cook time. With that said, plan for the weather and you will not be disappointed. For an office Thanksgiving Potluck a few years back, I used my Big Easy in my office to cook the Turkey. I had the whole wing smelling amazing. I've yet to cook a turkey that wasn't crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. This is a must have in my opinion.

I cannot recommend this product. Bought it for Thanksgiving. Outside temp was 70 and no wind. After 4hours the Turkey still was only 150 deg. Full tank of LP. Had to remove turkey from fryer and put in oven. Thanksgiving dinner was ruined. When Land Fill opens on Monday I will throw the fryer away. Over 50 years of cooking a turkey on the holiday and this was the absolute worst and most embarrassing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for cooking turkey

My wife gave me a bad time for buying this and said it was a waste of money. HOWEVER, I was undeterred. When the turkey was done she and the rest of the family were sold. It turned out great and no messy clean up. Now my wife is looking to cook other things in it.

Kind of disappointed. Had heard good things about this oil-less fryer so decided to try it. It was kind of easy to put together, the tray keeps falling off. We seasoned prior to loading the 10 lb. turkey. We had injected the turkey the night before. It took forever to cook. The temp registered a little above 165 degree but the outside of it was not brown at all. So we left it in a little longer and kept checking it. Finally we decided to just take it out, cut it up and throw it in the oven for a few minute. Some of it was juicy, the part that was cooked but the part close to the bone was not. It was kind of cold and windy outside. I don't know if that had something to do with it or not. I'm going to try using it again before I write it off as a waste of money.

We're sorry to hear this. A turkey normally takes about eight to ten minutes per pound to cook in the Big Easy. Make sure it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Ambient temperatures can affect the cook times. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

I have four units and have had numerous problems with the regulators not working properly.

We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the Big Easy is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your Big Easy. Make sure that when your Big Easy is turned off that the Big Easy is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.
