Worked perfectly

I fried a 14 lb turkey on thanksgiving, and it was awesome. Crispy outside, juicy inside. The only thing I wonder is if I can do something like fried Oreos, wings, or mozzarella sticks or something like that with the big easy

Great Oil Less Fryer

I bought this after using an oil fryer for years. I had my doubts, but this I took the plunge after talking to people who has used one. No regrets. After 5 turkey breasts and two turkeys this thanksgiving, I'll never go back to oil. While frying multiple turkeys would be quicker in oil, just doing one is about the same amount of time. I used the lid from start to finish with a crispy outer skin and juicy meat on the inside. I can't wait to try other pieces of meat.

The Best turkey you will ever have

I love this thing, so much so I have 2 now since I host big parties. I have done just a rub and injection but they always come out juicy and delicious.

We have had our big easy for several months. No matter what we cook in it the outcome is the same;amazing! We have purchased two others and given them for gifts. We cannot say enough about it to our friends and several of them have experienced the same outcome. This is by far the best piece of outdoor kitchen equipment I have ever owned

The best thing I did this year for the outside. The first time turkey cooker, it turned out super just like advertised. This is a must have for outside cookers. So simple. Next are ribs or a pork roast. So cool!

I love it, I have never really cooked very good but my wife is an excellent chef, after 40 yrs I thought I really should help out on the cooking when all our grown kids ,spouses and grandkids come she's overworked cooking for them, well I was only in her way, I was at lowes and bought the big easy thinking I could cook outside but figured i'd still ruin our turkey lol, so we bought 2 turkey's=one for me and her's in case I ruin mine, my first turkey ever was the best we've ever eaten,all three I've done since were better each time, but tonight I cooked a pork loin about 4 lbs, I just happily made a rub outta her spice rack supply nothing measured ,she and our daughter were making fun, well let me tell you what my beloved big easy did, the pork loin is the best food we've ever eaten ever.....I am so excited I'm about to become a chef!

Good but still trying to master it

I've had this product for about a month now. And I've pretty much used it every week since then. I've done both turkeys and chickens in it. They have all been pretty good with the exception minor exterior burning and under interior cooking. I am still not deterred because over all I fell it is a great product. Im however concerned about my winter fries. I wanna continue using the fryer through the cold winter months. Would love some feedback on how to use the fryer in the cold /snow

We are sorry to hear that the outside of your food burned. Make sure you are keeping the lid off until the last 15 minutes of cooking as it will reflect heat. The Big Easy will still cook the same in cold, but it may just take a little longer to cook. Always make sure the food is cooked to the the recommended USDA internal temperature.
