Amazing tool.

My wife bought me this cooker for Fathers Day several years ago. I think this product is nothing shy of magic. I love it. I am not sure how it works and, to me, it has nothing to do with "frying." All I know is it is an amazing cooker. We have terrific success with Baby Back Ribs and TriTip steak. It is excellent with Turkey breast/thighs, and chicken as well. I am a long time kettle grill addict but find this product a wonderful alternative. It is faster. The TriTip is much more juicy. Crispy nicely cooked exterior with a juicy medium rare center is easily accomplished. I can't tell you how it works. I can only assure you it does....extremely well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First thing I cooked was Prime Rib roast using the recipe from the Char-Broil booklet. It was delicious- it was perfect.

This is better than any turkey fryer I have ever used. No hassle or cost of the oil, and works great for chicken, turkey, ribs even beef! As a outdoor cook enthusiast, this is great way to avoid turning on the oven!
I did buy the accessorie kit, and the cover to keep this working for a long time!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So easy to setup and use. We did a 16 lb. turkey the first time, and then for Easter did a boneless leg of lamb. Both were extremely moist when done Easy cleanup also and no oil to have to deal with afterwards.

Best way I know to cook a turkey. We have cooked cheap turkeys and the more expensive ones they have all turned out perfect and very juicy.

We have cooked turkeys, chicken, ribs and beef roast: everything has been wonderful!!! A friend of ours has always fried their turkey until they tried ours and then he had to get him one too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
