[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in an apartment can be quite limiting when it comes to cooking so we sought out an oil less fryer to make delicious concoctions otherwise frowned upon.
The cooking process happens quite quickly and we were genuinely surprised by the tenderness of the turkey. A slower and lower temperature cooking method may have provided us with a slightly juicer product but this can be expected with this new style of cookery.
Needless to say our guests were pleased and there was no carry over smell normally associated with frying foods. All in all we recommend this for anyone looking for a clean quick and new way of cooking a turkey.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to buy The Big easy turkey fryer after learning it was something I can get a turkey in without use oil and dealing with the mess. I am very impressed with this fryer. It is very easy to setup and use. Also it is easy to clean after using it. I highly recommend this and I have already told family and friends to get one as well.

Excellent Turkey Fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fryer is massive and can easily fit in a good sized turkey. We used it to cook chicken and it worked very well. It doesn't use oil which makes it great for healthy cooking; no oil explosion here. It does require a gas tank to be hooked to it as it's not electrical. I placed it on my deck as it does take space. Needless to say this needs to be kept away from children.
There is a learning curve to using this. The manual comes in very handy. The assembly is easy.
For it's price an quality, its a great buy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Man. So many advantages here. For one, I’m not spending $40 on peanut oil. That savings alone will pay for this after only a couple uses. Awesome.
Second, I have 5 kids, and I always hated having so much boiling oil near the house. Just the safety factor along justified the purchase for me.
Third, it’s kind of silly, but when I used to fry in oil, I’d lose all of the drippings for gravy. This unit has a drip pan, catches them and I can use them to flavor the gravy. Awesome!
Simple to set up, simple to use and the results are as good as I everglt frying but without the huge oil mess and expense.
Honestly oil frying should just about disappear with the introduction of this little beauty!
While I did receive this as a promotional product, I couldn’t be more genuinely happy with it. I’ll be buying a few for gifts this year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Fried Chicken without the oil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Big Easy Tru-Infrared Oiless Fryer to test. First impression, the fryer is high quality and easy to set up with the easy attachment of your personally supplied propane tank. The term infra red is a little misleading. The term makes you think that there is some electronic wizardry involved, but it is solely propane cooking outdoors.
Preparation of some fried chicken was easy-just season, fire up the fryer with the one click igniter and cook. Chiclens came out, crisp, brown and flavorful. Clean up was fairly easy too. This fryer is way safer than a traditional fryer utilizing oil and risking a fire.
I would recommend this oil less fryer to anyone that enjoys outdoor cooking. You can also use it to be creative and cook so many other dishes--ribs, roasts, etc. I can not wait until Thanksgiving to impress my guests.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this last week and set it up with no problems with my propane tank. I used a 12 pound turkey and cooked it under 2 hours with no oil. With me safety is a concern so this is a great product with infrared heating so no oil fires or spatter. I used my special rub and it came out perfectly with that fried taste. Taste was delicious and clean yp was a snap with tray to pick up any drippings/ I definitely would recommend this product.
