Awesome Fryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical about how well the fryer would work but once I followed the directions my whole chicken turned out beautifully. The chicken browned nicely with crispy skin. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Easy clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this product to do away with the oil fryers mess. It performed great. Heated up fast and easy to put meat into the basket and start. We did an 8# turkey breast. It was juicy as advertised and the skin was crispy. Also took about 10 minutes per pound, but with not having to heat oil and minimal clean up of the basket and inner shell, it was actually faster. Welll worth the investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use but took longer than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We cooked an 11 pound turkey and although the rule of thumb was 10-15 minutes per pound, using a food thermometer the bird had morning yet reached a safe temp after the allotted time. It was great when’s it finally finished - juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside! Just took about an hour longer than expected!

Enjoyable Fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The description is exactly like it sounds: no oil "fryer." It uses propane to cook the turkey. If you look on YouTube, there are also several other uses for it than just cooking turkeys.

This is the best cooker ever! I use it so much that I am on my 3rd one. I actually have 2 that work but I like to cook several items at a time so this works out great.

Best Turkey Cooker!

The Big Easy Oil Less Turkey Fryer is so easy to use. Follow the directions and clean up will be easier. We have done chickens, roasts and turkeys! Lots of turkeys. The turkeys taste so juicy when we use the Big Easy. Turkey is not only for Thanksgiving when cooked this way!

Bought this last year and use it often, hard to believe that you can get authentic deep fried flavour without the hassle of the oil. We especially like doing beef roasts

Easy Cookin' with the Big Easy

One of the best purchase decisions we have made! Wanted and easy turkey roaster, and ended up with an amazingly versatile cooking system! Sure the turkey was apiece of cake, but then we added a few accessories - hooks, etc., and now we make delectable ribs, chuck or pork roasts, innumerable varieties of chicken and veggies. one cooker = one system. and it is just about set and forget. Has a foolproof recipe book with it, and branching out cooking just about anything we can fit inside. The Big Easy makes it all just Super Easy!
Review would not let me rate it overall Excellent!!!
