Great Cooker!

I bought a Big Easy about 5 years ago. I love it! So do my co-workers and family!
For all holiday cooking I am the designated turkey "fryer" now.
It is still like a new one with it's durable construction! Even though I have cooked at least 40 turkey's and countless other things on it.

Juicy perfect turkey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super surprised at how easy it was to use this as it was a little overwhelming at first looking at this giant cooker. However once I opened it and read the manual, it was super easy and user friendly. The best part was the fact that I never had such juicy and moist turkey meat. My whole family was pleasantly surprised. I cannot wait for Thanksgiving to make another turkey for the family. It was the best tasting bird I've ever had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this oil less fryer

Great producty

I have had the Big Easy for several years and it does a great job on a turkey. Takes a little longer than frying with oil but you have a moist, juicy turkey without the mess. Have cooked other meats with success as long as you get the timing figured out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best Turkey ever

I am on my 2nd Big Easy, the birds are amazing and the gravy you make from the drippings is the best gravy you have ever had. I cook two large birds every year and the bird from the big easy is the best I can even tell the difference in the stock I make from the carcass.
It's wonderful for prime rib, ribs, and anything else as well

Perfect Turkey

I have had this fryer for four years now and never has anyone said a negative thing about the results of cooking my turkey with this method. I am looking forward to using it for other meals!

This is SO MUCH BETTER than using oil. I do wings, turkey, chicken, tri-tip and ribs in this. I only wish I had bought the bigger one so that I could smoke also
