I bought this product several years ago and it's still the best thing I ever bought for outdoor cooking. I cook several turkeys every Thanksgiving and my family loves them. My wife enjoys the fact that her oven is not tied up and it helps her manage her time more efficiently. My boys love it because it means they get to take home leftovers. I purchased another for my brother in-law for his birthday and he feels the same as me. I especially love it because with all the "extra" turkey my wife can make a ton of turkey soup that we can freeze and thaw when we just feel like a lite meal. The temperature of the cooker is cool enough on the outside that I can place it on my screen porch with adequate ventilation and cook my turkeys without fear of rain or wind effecting my timeline. I can't say enough about it. The Big Easy coupled with my Char Broil Grill (Big Red) makes me the envy of several of my friends. I'm a Char Broil fan... for sure.

I was a non believer in this product at first. Its claims to cook a full turkey in 2.5 hours sounded unrealistic. Boy was I wrong. My very first time using this product and my turkey came out perfect. A 13 pound turkey cooked in less then 2.5 hours and came out perfect. No work, no fuss, no watching temperatures just put the turkey in and turn it on. Clean up was also a breeze. Easiest turkey dinner I have ever made and the meat was moist while the outside was nice and brown. All I can say is wow im now a believer. Now I have my sights set on buying the larger version just so I can cook more food in this awesome invention. dont hesitate to run out and buy this product for your next family dinner.

Makes Awesome Turkey

I bought the 3 years ago and I’ve used it every Thanksgiving since. I used Cajun spices and the turkey comes out perfect in a few hours. Just like oil frying with the mess.
