No oil, no mess!

Before buying The Big Easy oil less Turkey Fryer , I have spent over a year wondering if it is really worth owning one since this method of cooking a bird is just like popping it into an oven or a regular BBQ, and even rotisserie it in the BBQ with a similar results. I had hesitated to plunk down a couple of hundred bucks for a gadget with maybe a little use for me. But after realising of how much time and effort being spent on the traditional way of cooking a bird, I gave it a try. I was pleased on how well this thing was constructed. The key component- the roasting drum has a solid, thick gauge steel with a hole to allow drainage of fat and juices into a foil catch pan. And the basket with the spacing of wires allows for easy cleaning so there is just 2 pieces require cleaning up after roasting. I was very impressed on how quickly and effortlessly it takes from start to finish. I am most impressed that there is no flare-ups and the need for frequent checks when the unit is on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A relative of ours has had one for several years and spoke very highly of it. After tasting some roast beef and spiral bone-in ham they had cooked with the Big Easy, we bought one ourselves! Used it twice already for a roast of beef and a turkey, love the results!

We bought this almost a yr ago. 1st time we used it was Thanksgiving and it was amazing. Turkey was moist,clean up was simple. We just put it in and forgot it.

The Char-Broil Big Easy creates the best tasting, juiciest turkey I have ever had. With the Big Easy you can actually set it and forget about it with no worries about hot oil. The Big Easy is easy to clean up with no oil stains everywhere. Guests who are familiar with the oil fryer say that the Big Easy Turkey Fryer is better tasting. The Char-Broil Big Easy Oil Less Turkey Fryer is the best and most convenient way to Cook a Turkey. I have also cooked chickens, chicken drumsticks and pork ribs in the Big Easy with the same result. The more you use it the better the food tastes.

Best Turkey fryer ever

I have had The Big Easy Turkey Fryer for two years now. This is the only way we cook our turkeys now. Roasting, Smoking, Oil frying, none of these compare to the taste, and ease of the Big Easy. Food from this unit is always perfect.
