Fried turkey without burning the house down!

Oil based turkey fryers are really dangerous. The Char-Broil Big Easy does the job without the possibility of disaster and the results are just as good if not better. So easy to use, all you need to do is brine the turkey, drop him in the fryer and watch the internal temp gauge to know when he’s done. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. I’ve done turkeys, chickens, ribs, pork roasts and shish kabobs all with little fuss. Clean up is a breeze (no used oil to deal with) and the Big Easy is very frugal with the fuel. Trips to the meat section have me wondering “what’s the best way to use the fryer on this?”

No oil. No mess. Cooked some chicken wings and this thing is does a great job.

Best Rib/Chicken/Roast Cooker

I am amazed how well the Big Easy cooks ribs, whole chicken and pork roasts. Have never been able to have as tender of ribs without par-boiling. This cooker does an excellent job and easy too. Whole chickens are like the best rotisserie version that you can get in a store. Pork roasts are excellent. Only challenge is getting used to dry rubs but once you embrace it many new doors open up to you. All my children have one and jerky cookoffs are tons of fun - and SUPER easy.

I bought this a year or so ago. It cooks a turkey. Yes. Perfectly done. Easy. Just watch the thermometer until it hits 165 degrees. Just buy it. I am just sorry my Big Easy was under eight feet of water from Hurricane Irma. Had to toss it out. Looking for a replacement now.

Bought this last year for thanksgiving made a turkey and took it to my sister in law's house for dinner she didn't know i was bringing it when it came to dinner the turkey I brought got eaten and the roast turkey was hardly picked at so now I have to bring 2 Turkey's this year

Nice little cooker

Birthday present from the spouse. I have cooked whole chicken, and just legs alone. The chicken comes out almost perfect. I have made pork tenderloin in it also, that came out okay. If this cooker had a temperature gauge it would be perfect.

Purchased 2 years ago. Had family over and some who said they never liked turkey before went back for seconds on my turkey. Love the infared oil less cooker
