This is the easiest and most delicious way to cook a turkey. It has really taken all of the work out of a Thanksgiving turkey. Just a little bit of prep, a much, much shorter cooking time, and almost zero clean up. The turkey comes out moist and delicious. I cooked 2 turkeys, one traditional and one in the turkey fryer. My family LOVED the fried turkey over the oven cooked turkey! I'll never go back to doing it the old way. The Big Easy is just that, a big easy way to cook a great turkey; worth every penny.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using this for a couple years now and its so easy. the food is almost always perfect(except when I goof it up)
clean-up is not bad but sometimes the big center insert can be a pain to get clean. overall I love it, eat more turkey now than I did half my life. thanks char-broil.

Got this about 3 weeks ago and I am completely happy with the outcome of anything I cook in it. I did a whole turkey the first time I used it and it was the Juiciest Turkey I ever had.

The Big Easy Oil less turkey fryer is awesome

This oil less fryer takes much less time than an oven and since it sits upright, turkey tastes as if it were cooked rotisserie style. The meat comes out very moist. I also purchased the additional rack and have cooked two pork roasts at the same time and two chickens at the same time, so plenty of cooking space. Everyone always compliments the great meals that are cooked in the Big Easy. So far two family members and a friend have already purchased their own Big Easy cookers!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought my turkey fryer several years ago and it has worked flawlessly!!!! Cooked turkeys, chickens, ribs, roast (both beef and pork). All came out perfect. The only problem I've had with mine was when my son-in-law hit it with his car. Dented the side and bent one of the legs, but still cooks like a champ.... Love it.....

A few years ago my source for fried turkeys disappeared and left me in a bind. I had never cooked a turkey before. I went to go look for a turkey fryer and came across the Big Easy. I bought it and the results have been astounding. I now not only cook my turkeys every year but also cook for several others as well. Many have said it's the best turkey they've ever had. I owe it all to the Big Easy and it really is absurdly simple. I've had my Big Easy for almost 7 years with no problems. I did upgrade my basket last year as Char Broil made a new version that makes it much easier to get your turkey out. The original basket required you to grab the turkey and try to pull it out of a wire frame basket or try to turn the basket over and dump the turkey out - neither way worked too well. The new basket has a hinge that allows you to open the basket giving you easy access to the turkey - they actually found a way to make the Big Easy even easier. As for cooking the turkey, all that is required is to connect the Big Easy to a propane tank, turn it on, put your turkey in the basket, and put the basket in the Big Easy. Pop a meat thermometer in the turkey and do whatever you want while it cooks - I've raked leaves, watched TV, whatever. You don't have to hover over it the entire time it cooks worrying about if you're about set the yard on fire since there is no oil. When the bird is done, all you have to do is remove the basket and turn off the propane. There is a pan at the bottom that catches the grease making clean up a snap. In fact, I usually have the whole setup cleaned and put away before we even eat. I can't say enough good things about the Big Easy, but I will add that their customer service is absolutely amazing. I've contacted them once or twice during the 7 years to ask a question and they return my call within 24 hours AND follow up with subsequent calls to make sure my questions have been resolved. Honestly - everyone should own one of these. They're that good, and they're that easy.
