No oil frier

Love how easy it was to use and set up. Cooking was a breeze with no start up time needed to get the oil up to temp and no messy oil cleanup afterwards.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Turkey Fryer

I bought the big easy 5 years ago, it been the best turkey cooker I have ever bought.

Great cooker, great value

I bought my Big Easy about 4 years ago and hauled it back home to Germany (Thanks to a 2 piece luggage allowance for my flight)
Yes I had to modify the gas connection but that was not a big deal.
I made several turkeys so far, 2 geese, 2 leg of lambs and several other large pieces of meat. I don't use it every day though but this is my go to cocker for those kind of cuts where I don't want to go low and slow.
I don't want to miss it anymore and I even have friends that frequently borough it from me too.

Great oil less turkey fryer!

Instead of spending $50 on oil to deep-fry my turkey, I bought the Big Easy three days ago for $99 and it did a superb job without the hassle and mess of oil frying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanksgiving Success, Christmas is next!

An intimate gathering for my family is 40 plus people - We have 12 kids from 5 to 40, 6 are married and there are 17 grandkids. We've got in-laws, outlaws, Greats- and ingrates, then there are the drop-ins and drop-outs. This year was no different.
Preparations for Thanksgiving Dinner begins well in advance, my wife and 6 daughters begin prepping and cooking all the perennial favorites, Papa does the meat.
We bought the Big Easy some months back on the advice of a friend intending to try it out before hand, next thing we knew it's Thanksgiving week. I put it together, hooked it up and crossed my fingers (having never used it and didn't know how it would work).

Started cooking on Wednesday night, did 2 16+ pound turkeys and 2 large spiral-cut hams, a total of about 60 pounds of meat. Absolutely, positively, without a doubt in my mind, the BEST turkeys we ever made. The outside was Norman Rockwell perfect, the inside was moist and tender and absolutely delicious.
Everyone, to a person, commented on how great the turkey was and thought the hams were catered. I took the compliments knowing I wasn't deserving so I'm making this post to give credit where credit is due. Thank you for making a product that does exactly what it's advertised to do. The fryer was extremely easy to use, the turkeys (and hams) were perfect, clean-up was a snap. This thing is going to get a lot more use around here, that's for sure.

I have had this product for a couple of years. The turkeys are great and and it frees up the kitchen oven for sides, etc at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
