I should have purchased one sooner!!

I purchased the big easy from seeing it on a tv show because we love deep fried turkeys but my daughter has a peanut allergy. But wow this oil-less frier is amazing. We have used it each week!! I have told many co-workers about it. I should have purchased it sooner!!

Easy cooking

I have had the Big Easy for several years and the caption to this contest was; "Life Savor". I can't say that the Big Easy saved our life, but we live in the Tampa FL area and during hurricane Irma last year, it definitely allowed us to cook for me and my wife, niece, and another three people we took in during the storm.
Regardless of what was going to happen with the electricity, we had confidence that we could still cook with the big easy. A couple of Pork Lions and some potatoes in the bottom worked great as I have come accustomed to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to Carry, Great to Cook

I’ve used my Big Easy for Thanksgiving turkey 8 years in a row, it’s never failed me. I now use it for baby back ribs and chicken wings - infrared cooking in the BigEasy is the bomb! Only thing missing is a “tower” rack with several shelves, for cooking 8-12 burgers at a time - then the BigEasy would be perfect for cooking for small groups,

The Oil-less Fryer does so much more than Turkeys

I’ve had my Big Easy for over 2 years now and it has flawlessly cooked turkeys, pork roasts, ribs, chickens, beef roasts and more, all to perfection. In fact it’s lined up to do a turkey 2 days from now.
I love: it’s frugality with gas, ease of cleaning, ease of cooking with no need to hover over it while it does it’s magic and it’s myriad of accessories to compliment it, many of which I have. It has been reliable as an anvil asking for no more than gas and to be cleaned after use. A very useful tool for the outdoor cooking enthusiast.
Highly recommended!

Owned it for the past 4 Yrs. Thanks Giving Turkey dinner has never been easier. Cooked to perfection I brine the turkey and use the C/Broil thermometer, it has come out crispy on the outside moist and tender inside every time. Also (one of my favorites) I cook Bottom Round roast beef comes out moist and tender.

I bought after using a friends . I'll never cook a turkey any other way. I've coooked Ribs Roats and chickens and baked potato . I love it
