Purchased this for my husband. Instead of frying turkeys in oil, now he can do them easier and with much less mess. It cooks turkeys, prime rib, ribs, etc. extremely well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thing is great any season cooks perfect each time Easy to use easy to clean and food comes out fantastic people are amazed when I cook with it thanks char-Broil.

We use this all the time for almost any meats. Turns out tender, flavorful meat, with minimal cleanup

I have had my big easy for two years and was so pleased I bought another one for my hunting camp. There is nothing you can not cook in the big easy. Easy cleanup and no mess with oil. Ribs,chicken,turkey,potato,steaks and even prime rib. Everything comes out great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have cooked many turkeys in this thing and they came out better than any deep-fried turkey I have ever had. The good thing about this one is you can dry rub it and inject it!

The Big Easy is idiot proof. Turn on the propane, light it up; Amazing chicken wings, small fryers, etc.. I immediately bought a second one to give to my son-in-law. CRISPY skin, juicy meat... awesome!

Hard to find accessories

Works great! Disappointed that the only way to get accessories are online. Not carried in any local stores that sell the product.
