Easy to use. Outstanding results.

I purchased the Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer a year ago and have used it to cook a turkey and a ham. I absolutely love how the product cooks the meat to perfection, without the risk of using hot oil.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Ever Turkey Fryer

I purchased the Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer not sure it was worth the effort. Boy was I surprised !!! This is among the best Char-Broil products I've ever used. I have cooked almost everything in the oilless fryer with fantastic results. In fact the oilless fryer has almost replaced my grill. The fryer is great with Chicken Wings, Baby back ribs, pork roast, chisken and turkey. We just love using the Char-Broil Oilless Turkey Fryer. I reserve the Char-Broil grill for burgers, pork chops, fish and Steaks. Char-Broil is a must for all of my outdoor cooking and we love cooking outdoors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful purchased all accessories you can cook about anything in it even got the dutch oven for it. Couldn't invested in in a better product.

Great cooker

I brought this just before last Thanksgiving. I cooked a 14 lb turkey in about 2 hrs. I did brine and injected
it with apple juice and rosemary. The turkey turned out so moist and very tastee. Since then I have cooked an eye round, a brisket and chicken thighs and legs. All turned out great.

A lazy mans barbecue

Best barbecue purchase I ever made. We cook whole chickens almost every week.
With the addition of the Char Broil wireless thermometer I can drop in a chicken, sit back and watch the game drink a couple beers and when it hits temp. know I have a perfect, juicy, crisp chicken everyone raves about. It is also great for wings, ribs, roasts and many other dishes. I purchased all of the available accessories for it, making it the most affordable and versatile barbecue available.
We loved it so much we bought 12 more to give to friends and relatives for Christmas. Absolutely everyone loves their Big Easy Oil-less fryer and with Char Broils great customer service we were able to send these gifts around the country from California to the east coast with one simple order making for one easy Christmas. It just doesn't get any easier than this. This is a husbands dream barbecue.

Have tried turkey roasted all different ways. Oven roasted, brined, rotisserie. Turkey in the Big Easy is by far the juiciest, most flavorful, I have ever eaten. will never prepare turkey any other way again.
