Best turkey yet

Decided to get one for the family get together this Thanksgiving. Read the reviewers, and bought one. Used an injection, put on a rub and fired it up. Took about 4 hours. 3 without the lid and 1 with. It was very cold, 20 degrees, light breeze. So that lengthend the time a bit. I just had to keep an eye on it. It was perfect. Can’t wait to use it again. Bought some of the attachments. Prime rib for Christmas.....
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted to fry a Turkey this Thanksgiving but didn’t rally want to be worried about the oil, so I read about the Big Easy. Simply put I injected my turkey, then oil and dry rubbed it and OMG... Skin was crispy, meat was juicy, guests couldn’t believe it and complimented the turkey all night. Hint cook your Turkey or meat up to about 10 degrees of desired temperature then use the lid to crisp the skin, Awesone product!!

Juiciest turkey ever

I won this rig as a door prize. If I'd known how good they make turkeys, I might have bought one years ago. Granted it's regularly a bit pricey for something I'll use once a year because I prefer charcoal for grilling beef. Call me old fashioned. If the thermometer that came with it is to be believed, I overcooked our turkey by a good 20F, but the turkey was moist and tender. Note: A 20# propane bottle is required.

We love this fryer. It fried the best turkey. Very juicy and crispy. We've tried a few meats and it deliverd every time. Let me say we did take advice and use the ring from a springform pan to keep in the bottom for even cooking. IMO, anyone not satisfied with this product either doesn't know how to season their food and read a thermometer, doesn't know to let their cold meat hang out on the counter no matter what they are cooking with, or simply want to not like it. Whether you inject your meat, dry rub, or just season it however you do...this fryer does awesome stuff. Look up some recipes...frying turkey in it is not the fun part!!!!

This is our second fryer and will be frying up a storm for Christmas. Love the oil-less feature; which makes it much safer to use.

Bought this because I was tired of using oil. Cooked my first turkey and it was delicious, tasted like I deep fried it.

I love this item so much I have actually bought three of them. Two for me(one for each house) and one just now for some friends as a gift. Not only that, I have suggested it to many other friends and family members. It is quick and easy to use and little to no clean up.
