Meat is so moist!

We love it! It was so easy, hence the name "The Big Easy". I got it out and put it together because my husband had to work and decided I was going to try it out with a chicken several days before Thanksgiving and using it for a turkey. The chicken was delicious, crispy skin and juicy inside! We used it for a turkey at our family gathering and decided to also use our turkey fryer that uses oil for the second to see if we liked one better than the other. We couldn't tell them apart! The major difference was it was healthier with no oil, hardly any cleanup, and we didn't have to wait for oil to heat up and make sure it stayed up to temp after starting it. They took about the same time cooking to include heating the oil on the other one, but much less time for cleanup on the big easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tastes so good!

I bought this for my dad and ended up borrowing it and keeping it since he prefers his smoker. But this is perfect for me and I can cook whole chickens along with turkeys!

Easy to use

I love the taste of the food—no greasy taste.
I am a single woman and had a hard time figuring out where the screws went to put this thing together. I guess one could say then that the instructions could be little better.
I was also disappointed that when I cooked a chicken it was almost impossible to get the legs done. I have cooked 3 chickens so far with the same results. I had to finish cooking them in the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No more oil to deal with

I bought this a year ago and I love it. No more oil to deal with. Yea it takes longer but when everything is done I take the drippings, let it cool off, wipe it down, then put it up. Turkeys, chickens, legs, hung a few ribs. Everything turns out good. Only slight thing, the very bottom of turkey sometimes does not get crisp like the middle and legs. I hang the turkey from the leg racks so the neck area is pointing down, other than that fantastic. Need to get the collapsible basket for a big turkey because it is time consuming cleaning the basket after. Collapsing it and letting it soak in sink would be faster. Plus it frees oven up for other things. I cooked 2 small casseroles in it using two sets of leg racks, one close to bottom and one closer to top.

Better than with oil

We bought this fryer a month ago. We have cooked chickens, chicken legs, pork roast and a pork loin in this. Excellent excellent excellent.. It takes less time than a fryer with oil which we have and probably will not again. I have already recommended this product.

We were so happy with the performance of the Big Easy Oil-less fryer we bought 7 more for family members. Forget about the mess and danger of the boiling oil. The big Easy is the best product you can purchase!!

Bought my Big Easy for my RV, best accessory ever. I use it quite often and have had at least 6 family and friends buy one of their own after seeing mine. 4 years of using and no problems. I am surprised that I never see advertising for this. Never have to worry about any flare up will cook or having to turn over and constantly monitor what I am cooking.
I would recommend this to a friend!
