Yikes!!! It Works

The Big Easy is amazing. We have cooked turkey, chickens, rib roast and pork butt and we are truly thrilled with how crisp, juicy and tender they are.
We bought one (as a Christmas Gift) for our son - as his son has a nut allergy.
It is far easier and safer to use than any of the previous frying methods we have used. Clean up is a breeze compared to what we had to do in the past!
Without a doubt, The Big Easy is a most welcomed addition to our Outdoor Cooking Arsenal and now has been named Big Earl (truly a member of our family!!!
We bought one (as a Christmas Gift) for our son - as his son has a nut allergy.

I think this device is really awesome, I have never made a turkey before and it made the process very simple. One thing i loved is that it cooked everything evenly and hot! Also, it kept the stink of cooking out of the house with the wife making all the sides I was out of her way in the kitchen too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Turkey Stuffing

I bought this just over a week ago only used it a couple times so far, that's why i only gave it for stars for now, but have a feeling i am going to love it. Wondering if any one has cooked a turkey in it with the bird stuffed? I know the manual says the USDA doesn't recommend it. But if anyone has, please write a reply, would love to know. I make a wicked sausage stuffing at Thanksgiving, but don't want to ruin the bird.

I will have had my Char Broil Big Easy 10 years this Christmas. I have just about every accessory and then some as time went on. Everything I have cooked in the Big Easy has come out perfect! I even use more than 1 leg rack and/or the bunk bed basket when I make chicken in the regular basket. I use the hinged basket for easy checking and transport when I use the ka bob apparatus.
I said all the accessories and then some. My wife found a tapered cast iron dutch oven with large ear shaped handles that fits inside the regular basket that I make stews and soups in.
I also at times use a Weber smoke box that works well with the Big Easy.
Turkeys are a delight, pulled pork is extraordinary, fried chicken is as good or better than Aunt Bee's, potato bombs are out of this world and the kabobs are to die for.
I could go on but let me give you the #1 reason you would want a Big Easy. They're fun!

I feed a crowd at Thanksgiving and Christmas and bought mine when they first were available as I hated the oil fryer.
I now have two, and no one better mess with them, love them and they also do a great prime rib.

Easy and Fast

I purchased this unit in early November. I cooked a 16 pound turkey to try it out and it came out terrific. For a large Thanksgiving gathering I cooked two back to back and they turned out terrific as well. I love the idea of freeing up the oven, but really its the ease of dropping a turkey and knowing that it's going to turn out great that i appreciate. Sadly no turkey left over as everyone was taking second and third helpings.
I would recommend this to a friend!
