Best purchase I have ever made

I got the oil-less fryer over a year ago. I have used it almost every weekend. I have cooked chicken (whole & parts) numerous turkeys, pork ribs, beef ribs, pork loins, ka-bobs, beets, sweet potatoes and corn on the cob. The only thing I use my grill for is steaks. Every time the food comes out crispy on the outside (for food that has skin) and juicy and tender on the inside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this product is great. I have had oil deep fried turkey and in comparison this is no difference other then no consumed in oil. The turkey is very moist and well cook. A+++ in my books.

I have cooked turkeys, Boston butts, and yes, 3 slabs of ribs. Everything comes out juicy and tender. Love this product.

We have been cooking our turkeys and chicken in this for years. We love it! We have two and one is just now wearing out! About to order another one! We have never had a dried turkey! It is so juicy every time!

Perfect bird every time!

First Thanksgiving bird came out without a hitch.. Had crispy skin and tender meat. Cooked thoroughly throughout. Lightly rubbed bird with yellow Mustard and covered with Tonys rub. Was seriously impressed until my next use, the regulator wouldn't reset. Ended up cooking that Christmas bird in the oven. Called customer service and they sent me a new regulator in 3 days free. still under warranty. Since then we have cooked whole chickens, two at a time. just set it and go have fun. Purchased all the accessories now for cooking butts, briskets, cabobs, ribs and wings or legs. still haven't cooked a butt or ribs. Be doing that on the 4th.
Thanks for helping us lose the oil frying by designing a great oil-less dryer. Can't wait for the 4th!

I was given the Big Easy as a gift read the instructions did just what it said and OH MY GOD the food is great my wife says that she never want any other type of Grill and that her pork chops must come from the big easy We love it

I have had "The Big Easy" for over a decade and use it 2-3 times a year, including every Thanksgiving. It has cooked a beautiful turkey with rave reviews from our family and guests every time. I'll be spending Thanksgiving with my sister in the mid-west this year and will be purchasing a new one to leave there.

Better than expected

I've had mine 5 years. Was skeptical at first. A good friend told me it was great. The pork and beef roasts we ever had were cooked in the Bid Easy. Like the set it and forget cooking. No need to monitor, turn etc. Great for ribs, chicken and vegetables. A couple of things to be aware of- make sure your propane tank at least 1/2 full. When the tank gets low the flame does too. Greatly extends cooking time. Also don't use the lid. You will get uneven cooking results.
