We've had ours since 11/2012 and have all the extra items for it. Have used it for almost everything you can think of - and still love it and experimenting.

Safer way to deep fry

I bought one of the first cookers. My guy told me I was wasting my money. Now he tells everyone how awesome, easy and safe this cooker is. It costs you 10lbs of peanut oil.

Perfect Cooker!

I habe had it for 4 years, this is Thanksgiving Turkey #4, First 3 were perfect, so I now my Wife isn't as stressed about cooking times. Made ribs, Ham, even cooked some fish in it. This is probably better than my BBQ, everything comes out of the basket hot, moist, and delicious. Its really easy, and the best part is it healthier and tastier than an Oil based Turkey Fryer. Definitely worth every Penny!

I absolutely LOVE our Big Easy. The flavor is fried in with the same consistency of the oil models with less clean up. It does take longer than oil but the food is less heavier in your stomach and worth the time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Juiciest Turkey Ever

I've had and have cooked different smoked turkeys, ducks and geese along with deep fried ones and all... this is by far the easiest most simple and cleanest way to cook and made the juiciest one of them all. Easy to set up and easy to clean up. Make sure you season the pan and rack as well as rub a little oil on the turkey to apply any dry rubs itll save you a ton of time. This thing cooks fast, even and amazing... will forever add this to the rotation of smoked meats and fried birds on get together and holidays.

I am in Maine and practiced on Chicken first, temp outside was 43, should have started with lid on right away. Recommend this in the north now. Do not spray with olive oil, does not crisp. Turkey today was fantastic! just injected with butter, out of the freezing rain in the garage, 13 pounder 2hours 55 mins in freezing temps. Perfect crisp, no mess. Perfect moisture inside.

Great cooking appliance, easy cleaning, excellent results. Invest in grilling gloves and a good digital thermometer. My Turkey was a huge favorite. Even beat out my smoked bird for flavor.
