I absolutely love it. 1st time used for Thanksgiving turkey, never had turkey do moist and juicy!!

We bought the big easy for our thanksging camping trip. Had never used one before. Saw video on you tube and followed the steps and it turned out perfect. I was a little skeptical on if turkey would turn out dry but that wasn’t the case at all. Was tender, juicy and delicious. Well worth the money. Very happy with purchase!

I picked this up on a whim. I am Happy I did. I like to make Wings, Chickens, Roasts & Ribs. This has changed how I cook for my family. My wife is not upset when I tell her I’m cooking with the Char-Broil Oilless Fryer. We enjoy how this Oilless Fryer locks in the moisture. It’s simple amazing. I’m not giving up my smoker yet but this Oilless Fryer has been used more over the past 6 months.

I am finally using my Christmas present from my sister.... Do I need to put the probe in the breast, thigh or both?
