We're very happy with this oil less fryer

We bought this for our 2020 Christmas turkey dinner. I was a little concerend after reading a few negative comments, but after we cooked our 15 pounder we were very happy with the results. The only mistake I made was putting the neck on the bittom of the rack. Part of the turkey that was blocked by the neck and it did not cook to temp. No worries, IO removed the neck and continued to cook. All turned our great even though I over cooked the turkey. Next time will be even better!!!

I have had mine for 1 year. 3 Turkeys ,1 Ribeye Roast and 1 Pork Shoulder. It is a fantastic product that has made Holidays and special occasion cooking simple.
Cleaning the rack is a bum deal , but overall it gets 5 Stars.

The Big Easy could be my best purchase ever. We all love our Thanksgiving feasts but we only have so much room. I asked my wife to pick up a turkey fryer and The Big Easy is what she picked out. Honestly I was sceptical being we live here in Wisconsin, I could not have been more wrong. I watched some YouTube videos, followed the directions. Assembled the unit, cooked the turkey. And it turned out great! Thanks for selling a great product, I will be looking for excuses to be using this from now on! Well done, Cheers!

This fryer is awesome. Easy to hookup and the instructions are also easy to follow. The thermometer face is large enough to see exactly where your food is at in the cooking cycle. The turkey and bottom round roasts that i fried were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My wife complemented me of the turkey at thanksgiving as maybe the best tasting turkey she had ever had. Highly recommend this fryer.
