Great antenna

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this antenna in an attic about 60 mi from New York City and 50 mi from Philly. I get most of the strong and medium UHF stations. I don't get any VHF, but this was not advertised as a VHF antenna. I do have a channel master 16db pre-amp and I have a rotor. This antenna works great 90% of the time. It is fine all winter, but some summer days the reception is a bit off. I am in a beach community and the problem is only during peak season. It is possible that the TV signal which passes through some electric lines (the kind that feed a small sub-station) is interfered with when electric usage peaks. Another theory is there is an intermittent radio station that broadcast during the summer, but only some days/nights. I have not noticed any reduction in reception due to bad weather. I've tried two other antennas, there was a small (but noticeable) improvement over a Winegard HD7694P and a huge improvement over a channel master 4228HD. I think the 4228HD would be good if I mounted it outside or if I was a little closer to the broadcast antenna and I wanted reception from two locations without using a rotor. Bottomline, buy this antenna if you are far from TV stations, it has great gain even through a roof that is 50+ miles from the broadcast tower, but it needs to be pointed directly at the tower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though the location and elevation of the installed antenna is not ideal for receiving tons of channels we are still getting about 10 stations that are HD quality. I always get compliments when guests come over about how clear the picture is especially during sporting events. This antenna is reliable during rain and snow storms as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Antenna worked well at 20 ft from ground. Added a channel master 7778 preamp and went to 30 ft. With no difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Antenna works pretty well, very cheap construction that will not hold up outside. Difficult to put together with very poor and incomplete directions.

We have been selling the 91XG for more than a decade with little to no warranty claims on it's lifetime warranty. It is much more durable than it's initial impressions. If you EVER have a problem with the antenna please call our support line @ 877-825-5572. I will pass along your comments about the instructions, thank you.

Happy with purchase

This antenna was easy to assemble. Installation was not too difficult( if you disregard the frigid temps in Northern Vermont). Might need a longer pole to get antenna more elevation away from metal roof. Got about 15 channels, mostly PBS(didn’t realize there were that many) and 2 networks. Overall, happy with purchase
