This product needs different power cord.

This thing really works!

We have this grill for two weeks and my wife has used it a number of times already.
Very easy to use, and just as easy to clean. It works great! She has not had to set the temperature above 3 and all our food comes out great!

Best Electric Grill I Owned

I have had my George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor Grill for years. I love it, but feel it is time for a new one just due to age and frequent use. My grill has 5 cooking levels and is very powerful. So much so that when I cook on it, the higher the cooking level, the more I need to be aware not to use other high Amp items in our how such as microwaves or hair dryers that will cause our circuit breaker to blow.
That is the only negative. the cooking is excellent, quick and everyone loves how the food tastes once cooked.
Also, please remember to clean thoroughly the grill & cover after use with a damp soft cloth or sponge. This will maintain it's newness. Do not immerse the grill in water as it is electric and water may damage the connections.
I highly advise anyone in an apartment setting where balcony fires are not permitted to get this grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect for balcony

We live in a town house/condo with no backyard but with a balcony. We missed grilling since we couldn't use our gas grill. Now we are back to grilling, works perfectly.

the stand is horrible

i bought a forman grill 15 years ago and loved it, it was time to replace it so i bought this new one. it is the worst grill ever. the stand is so loose on it it doesn't stand up straight so the grease ends up all over my patio. on top of that this one doesnt thave a vent on the lid like my old one did, which means the moister from the lid on drips all down and al over my patio. Not to mention uneven cooking half of the plate isn't as hot as the other half. It's a shame cause i really liked me old forman grill and used it all the time, and preached on how great it was. now i just see how cheap the went on there product.

Great idea but disappointing

I got this a few days ago and used it immediately. It went together fairly easily but it seemed wobbly. Not only that, but the pole didn't fir properly into the grill so I couldn't get it to latch properly. I decided to give it a try anyway. It cooked fairly well other than the top holding too much moisture inside. Also, the grill leaned to the side so the fat from that side collected rather than running into the middle and dripping into the pan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The handles broke and there are no replacement parts.
Without the handles you cannot use the stand.

Uneven cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to put together. Took about 5 minutes. There aren't any screws in the box they are attached to the grill. So we were looking for the screws for longer than it took to put together. The grill is a little wobbly while cooking. It heats up really quick. The dial is confusing because the arrow on the grill isn't where the dial should match up with to show the temperature. Which is odd. You kind of have to guess. The light turns off when the grill is at the right temp which is also helpful. The grill did not cool the steaks evenly as you can see in the picture. Parts have grill marks and others don't. Steaks were flavorless and to me inedible. Frustrating that the steak was cooked more on some spots and less on others. Wish it was a little taller too so you don't have to bend over to use it. I would not recommend this product overall
