I received my grill as a present. Even thou I like it - the only thing I can use living in an apartment - have been noticing that it drips on the floor (my rug). I've checked to make sure everything is tight and in it's place but it still drips. Not only in the drip pan but down the pole and on the plastic feet - & rug. I use it on my patio which is carpeted and when not in use I put it in the storage closet - to protect it from the weather. Takes me longer to clean up - than cook the food..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lighweight, easy to clean and affordable

We just bought this grill and tried it out over the weekend. It was simple to assemble. It only took a few minutes to heat up and stayed at a good temperature. We made turkey burgers and vegetables. The burgers were perfect after 12 minutes and the vegetables a little longer. All we did was put a little vegetable oil on the grill plate. It didn't smoke much and the cleaning was easy.
Cons: none that we can see.

Great product. Have used it twice now & love it. Quick & easy. Cleanup a breeze. Club steaks & chicken breasts both moist and tender.

I just purchased this yesterday for a 4th of July weekend BBQ. I moved to an apartment recently and the rules do not allow for any combustible product on the deck. I'm a grilling connoisseur and foodie to boot. Aaah, I was so disappointed with this product. First of all, it's very lightweight, that's a good thing but for grilling and BBQing, I like sturdy, heavy duty. This product does not come close. The grilling station is nothing more than the Oester, Black and Decker, Hamilton Beach tabletop grills. Only difference, this mounts on a stand. Which BTW is very lightweight and wobbly. Instructions leave much to be diesired because there are no diagrams of the parts. I'm pretty intuitive so I figured it out, but even the smartest person may scratch their head a bit. The stand's legs are plastic, the entire product is plastic with their exception of the grill surface, lid and stand pole. All of which are pretty lightweight.
This would all be fine if it was advertised as a grill on a stand rather than indoor/outdoor grill. It doesn't come close to a grill in my opinion. Nice try George. I know you have some awesome products, but I'm afraid I'm going to return this and invest in a real cast iron surface, electric grill.
BTW - clean-up was a snap! That's probably to only thing I like about this grill.

Too Small Grease Tray

Cooked 10 hamburgers on it the first time I used it. The grease tray overflowed and made a 2 hour clean up mess on my planked deck. You can not even start the cleanup until the grill cools down because you can not get to the grease tray located under the grill. Obviously, a larger deeper grease tray needs to be designed or a grease tray drain coming out from under the grill. It is a 4 hamburger maximum grill. Wait an hour, clean the grease tray, and cook another 4 hamburgers. Chicken or steaks should be okay.

Piece of junk!!!

I just bought this and used it once. It was windy today and knocked it over. The temperature control and other plastic parts broke in pieces. Very poorly made. The grill is fine, it's all the crummy plastic.

Lid Handle on my indoor/outdoor grill

the indoor outdoor lid handle dis colored and cracked off. I don't feel it used the grill excessively or abused it. Have been trying to find a replacement for it with little success.
