HANDLE SCREWS WILL NOT TIGHTEN INTO HANDLE

We bought this product two months ago and have used it about five or six times.The last time being on the Fourth of July. The first couple of times we used it everything was fine but started noticing that the handle was becoming loose. So I gently re-tightened the screws. After that when used at least one screw would come completely undone while in use. The last time we used it was the Fourth of July and when we went to lift the lid off the grill the handle came completely off leaving the lid on the hot grill. The screws had once again worked themselves loose from the handle. The only other thing is the lid dips fluids/oils on the floor/carpet when used in doors. Having a small cooking this creates a slip hazard or grease stains on our carpet. This is something we are not happy about at all. This is a great product but poor parts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This grill cooks fantastically. When using it outside, it is rather wobbly and unsteady. This issue would not keep me from purchasing it again though. I love the grill, and I have used it almost everyday since receiving it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, have only used it twice but it’s a great grill! I live in an apartment now, so I can’t use charcoal or propane. This is a great option for my small balcony and I can use it indoors when the weather gets cold again!

Wobbles on stand

Grill works well but the top does not sit firmly on the stand so it wobbles. There needs to be a way to attach the grill to the base, otherwise it can’t be used with the stand.
