I was looking for a simple sound bar but when I heard the quality of this system I was sold! This system hooked to my 3D TV has pleased me for hours on end.
Again Great Sound Quality!!!

Not ready to be sold to the public

I have had this product and the quality seems to be deteriorating ever since. Tech support seems to know very little when it comes to the settings for this device. I am having trouble with the subwoofer. They will not replace the subwoofer and repair could take 4 to 8 weeks. Bought the unit and extended warranty in July 2013. Very disappointed in their customer support. They agree the subwoofer is having problems but are putting all the responsibility on me. I don't think this is fair or reasonable for such a new product. Why should I have to pack it up and ship it back at my expense ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very pleased with the smart Blue Ray Home theater system. The sound quality is wonderful which is my #1 priority. I have had a freeze issue a couple of times and had to unplug it. Haven't tried the DVD player yet. To me, it's all about sound. Love it!

1) Some commercials "buzz" and you can really hear it in the center channel. Turing off the surround sound seems to fix it, BUT that defeats the point of buying a surround sound system
2) Sometimes, it gets in a state where you cannot even turn off, have to unplug to reboot
3) Sometimes, the screen spits vertically in the middle when turning on, have to turn off and back on to reset.
4) A QWERTY keyboard for apps would be nice
5) HDMI inputs do not show on the GUI all the time, have to drill down, and select the "gray" ones that I know are connected. (annoying, but it works)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
