Great feature/NOT reliable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this home theater system less than a year ago. Had a tons of great feature but proven to be unreliable. Product will freeze 20% of the time, requires hard reboot (need to unplug product from the wall).
DVD eject function malfunction. If there are no DVD in slot, system searches for DVD. It will make noise, as if, it is retracting the DVD in slot (goes for about 3 to 4 times). It will resume and repeat the process in 2 minutes. This will cause the input to switch to DVD.
I have this product under warranty and received authorization number from the LG. Hopefully, LG will resolve the issue.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
