Way too slow

I got this 1 week ago and it is going back asap. It is too slow takes 5 minutes to print 1 page and about 15 minutes to fax 5 pages!! Did not notice until i got home it has a speed of 9mm. Slower than your average turtle!!!

So far not good. Can't get the software to load so can't print from my computer. It's Presidents Day so nobody to talk to. Hopefully we will get it solved.

Juts purchase my printer today 9/13/2014
Installation OK
Set back -
1. For the installation you must a have a printer cable it will be nice if you will included one, someone who leave in a rural area and have no access to a computer store will be not to happy during the installation.
2. SSID ? and Password: ?
Need a better explanation of there location in the router - or how to get a hold of those numbers ? Imagine a Senior citizen trying this installation alone in a living assistance place ?
3. You can always make it better a easier for the customer
4. I like my wireless printer

So far so good. The set up was easy in most areas. The WiFi was not so easy for me, but-I am not very experienced when it comes to PC's and equipment. I am surprised the black ink consumption was so high. This is my first cartridge and am looking to see if future ones run out as fast. Print quality is very good. Have used two weeks now.
I would recommend this to a friend!
