Very Disappointed

The copy & print cycle on this unit is atrocious. I had no need to run copies on this unit until this past month. I find that it takes several minutes to produce one B/W letter-size copy from a typical business letter page.
I am very disappointed in this product and cannot recommend this to anyone.

For picture printing.....

While I like the printer for standard text, it is the worst printer I have ever had for picture printing. Buy a Brother. I should have...again!

printer head cleaning too frequent

If I don't print frequently, I always run into issues with terrible prints and have to run the nozzle sequence several times. I've never had such a problem with a printer before and can't believe that this is happening in 2013. All the features (wifi, cloud, scan, etc. are great. It is well designed except for the main purpose of PRINTING.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Instructions easy to follow. No picture of back of printer to see what's there. Recommend using usb to setup first time then do wireless.

Several features dont work

I am a long time espon printer user. Out of the box, set up was easy as I had expected as it was similar to my previous epson wireless.
However print quality is terrible, after printing many full color pages, a nozzle check showed yellow nozzle not working. Four cleanings and still no yellow color was evident in the nozzle check.
The paper feed will not feed high quality presentation paper, seems to work only with cheap thin paper stock.
Stopped wireless coms several times during the efforts to try to get acceptable print quality.
It is going right back to the store for a return.
Epson, what has happend to your quality that I was used to?

This is the best 4 in 1 printer we've ever had. It is so easy to navigate and the ink is reasonable, the speed is fast and great quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Forget Bluetooth…does not work!

Not able to connect wirelessly….runs every 5 minutes, doing what I can not tell you….had to run direct to computer….sometimes takes 5 minutes to print a document….a real disappointment!
