Scanning is very difficult on this machine. The instructions are not very clear. Having a real difficult time with it. Thinking on returning it.

worst one I've had so far

Right now, it's NOT working. I keep getting error messages saying it's not connected or a cable is loose. I've checked everything & it's ALL connected properly. One minute it will print, then another I get those darn messages. Can't rely on something that works when it feels like it!

looking for quality

My wife and I were looking for a quality printer at a reasonable price, we liked the features this printer offered and thought the price was right. Once we got it home all features were easy to set up and within an hour it was printing flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this printer.

Great Little Machine

I have been using my Epson workforce 2540 for about six months now. Great little machine and does work hard. The problem is, it uses too much ink which is pricey. For lager jobs you will want to invest in a printer that can handle larger jobs without using too much ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love the colors and when this printer prints, but one issue that needs to be corrected is the ability to turn this sleep timer off, which causes too many issues and the printers says "offline" each time and has to be powered off.

Epson Printer WF-2540

In May of this year I bought the first of 2 inters: Epson WF-2540. After I had it repaired twice and, it broke down again. In November of this year, I bought a second Epson WF-2540 Printer to replace the first. After a month, it doesn't print. In my opinion the printer is the worst I have ever had.

love this printer EXCEPT FOR WHERE COPY PAPER GOES ONE GUIDE ON RIGHT SIDE AND WHAT PRINTS OUT IS CROOKED ON EACH PAGE. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
