My printer is a life saver, I never have to pay anybody some over price rates to make copies. WF-2540 is sooooooo nice I bought it twice. When I need another printer I will buy another WF-2540. It's fast I don't have to wait around for copies/faxes to be made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is painfully slow in all functions - it is hard to believe that Epson states that it was designed for business. It replaces my Workforce 610, which was terrific and really quick.

It's very hard to write a review on something I cannot even set up. This printer is by far the hardest thing I have ever had to put together, or set up. Once I get it going maybe then I can write a review, but that won't be soon. I am very frustrated!

it prints. it makes copies. i like the copy feeder. what i don't like is that the printer is VERY noisy. it makes loud strange noises. just turning it on or off is noisy. it is also black, as all the printers i saw were, which shows EVERY speck of dust it accumulates. what happened to the nice white or gray colored printers & computers. black shows EVERYTHING. white or gray doesn't show the dirt as readily. the quality of the printer also seems cheap. i'm almost afraid to touch it, fearing it is fragile & will break. i guess, most items fit that description nowadays.

Does not work with Windows 7 !!!!!!!

Just tried to install Epson WF-2540, advertised to work with Windows 7 but drivers will not work and new printer sits idle............. now I have to invest more time to either find a driver or fix or box this shinny new printer up and return. Not what I would describe as "plug and play"............... first Epson printer and I now have a very bad headache.
