My Epson WF-2540 was delivered today. Wireless setup was as easy, just followed the instructions on the installation CD. Once that was done, I printed the test page, wirelessly, it looks great! I've already begun bonding with my new Epson WF-2540 printer and am looking forward to a long relationship!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Epson is telling me that I do not have it register, when I just done it, will not allow me to scan, what went wrong.

Never Underestimate the Power of an Epson

I just registered my latest Epson printer. Wow, how time flies. I purchased my first Epson, a laser printer, back when I was still in law school in early nineteen-ninety something. It never gave out - it just rode away.
Well, this latest little Workforce has just been great. It sits right on my desk near me - it prints, copies and faxes, all at only two feet away.
Over the years, I have used a lot of printers. I can honestly say that this Epson Workforce is the best all around - best size, best features, the most versatility and a great value.
Good show Epson! I don't know how you do it but I see you've won first prize.

I've only just hooked up my printer after purchasing it months ago. I had a 600 series previously so I knew it would be pretty easy to setup and install and it was. Prints very nicely. Ink cartridges are easy to change as well. Hopefully it will last longer than the older series.

Excellent EPSON WF-2540 All-in-One Printer

This printer prints on both sides of paper saving paper. Though black and white and color copying is about 1 page every 3 to 5 minutes, the black and white and color print quality is better than that is discernable by the human eye at normal reading distance from human eye. Scanning is at 300 points per inch minimum. This all-in-one print can sent color FAXs if the receiving FAX machine is color capable, otherwise it sends black and white even if the input is in color. The FAX scanning rate is about 1 8½" x 11" Page in 1 to 2 minutes and FAX sending is about the same amount of time if my memory is correct. All in all I like this EPSON All-in-One Workforce WF-2540 Printer.

Little Workhorse

The ease of set-up & use of the Epson WF-2540 amazed me, especially since I networked it & use Wi-Fi. The scan feature is also much simpler to use than my prior non-Epson all-in-one.
The only downside is the amount of ink I feed this machine. I am a realtor, so I do a lot of at home printing of brochures & contracts. I go through at least 2 Black XL cartridges a month.

WF-2540

The WF-2540 has been a wonderful printer. We have liked it from day one. It does a lot in an economical fashion. Also, Epson Customer Service has been wonderful beyond description, which is refreshingly different these days. Unfortunately, we are on our third one. The printers have locked up with an un-clearable error message at the first cartridge change. Epson replaced each one instantly. And this one works fine. But we are a little nervous with it. Epson makes excellent printers and we still have our old CX9400fax. We wanted to go wireless for convenience. Ink is fairly priced and available , and like I said, they have great customer service. If I did it over, I might buy a different model, but it would be an Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
