I had the Epson 610 and it was wonderful. I purchased the new model 2540 and the scan portion has not functioned properly since it was porchased.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love my new printer... it is very effecient and a space saver.... my old printer just took up so much room.... i am very proud to say that i have a very good printer now, and it is very easy to operate...
I would recommend this to a friend!

We cannot get it to print I do not think there is anything wrong with the printer we just do not know how to set it up to work please help

Work Force 2540

Using WF 2540 for the first time: The quality is good, but right away I miss my old WF-610. This model takes a little longer to make a copy (adds up when you've got lots) and twice the time to preview / scan!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Set up was easy! it works fine. I want to print remotely though, and can't seem to figure that out. Now I have to wait till a weekday to contact someone.
